Sunday – April Package
Join us this Sunday for excellent and fun Zouk classes with Samantha & Nayan. From 9-10 pm beginners class, come and learn the essentials of this beautiful dance style. All intermediate students are welcome to take the beginners class for free and only pay for the second class. This will not only help our beginners, but you can refine your basics and pay attention to the many details that make your Zouk just perfect!
From 10-11 pm we will teach more advance techniques pertaining to connection, musicality as well as accurate leading and following. Favourite Zouk Moves Workshop
Samantha is traveling from 10th to 20th of January, in order to cover her Saturday class on 12th January, Nayan will give a special 2 hours workshop to train you on your favourite Zouk moves and improve fundamental techniques. Come in Christmas style (e.g. Santa hat, or red and white, or glittery & festive), whatever you feel like. If you love your fellow Zoukers you can also bring a little gift (not more than 35 AED) and we will distribute them amongst you. It was really nice when we did the same in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday.
Please be aware that this week beginners & INTERMEDIATE class will be from 8-9 pm and we have a special ADVANCE class from 9-10 pm. Please mind your level, so that you and the others can get the most out of it. Advanced dancers taking the second class can join the first one for free, this will help you to be on time, review your basics, help our lovely newcomers and equalize male/female ratio as we recently had too many girls or too many guys in the classes Otherwise you can have a drink and relax with your friends. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE, they shifted the start of their live band to accommodate us till midnight, but obviously no use to show up by 11 pm. Also our lovely guests from Switzerland want enough time to share dances with all of you!!!

On16th September the world will dance as one, a fantastic idea spread from Perth Australia to the last corner in the world and thousands of people got involved through social media and trained a choreography that will be danced on one day in more than 95 cities and 35 countries to promote this beautiful and sensual dance. We wish all of you Happy Eid! Thanks that all of you joined us at Savage Garden Sunday Zouk Night, the club has a nice and fresh design. On Friday 24th August we will have an intensive workshop with Nayan and Samantha for advanced students from 4-8 pm and we will all catch-up for a fantastic CopaCabana Zouk Party on the same day after 10:30 pm at Queens Quay bar at Dhow Palace Hotel, Kuwait Street, Bur Dubai.

During the holy month our Zouk classes at Savage Garden on Sundays and in Abu Dhabi on Tuesdays will be suspended as well as the social dancing at The Talk on Fridays. After our very successful first Zouk & Latin Fiesta, we aim higher this year to bring you a full weekend of Zouk with the 2nd ZOUK & LATIN FESTIVAL by Zouk Dubai. We have suspended Zouk classes at Latino Life dance studio, as we are restarting our Sunday Zouk nights at Savage Garden from May onwards.
There is still the opportunity for social dancing on Mondays at Sublime in Ibis Hotel Trade Center. DJ Udia will play pure Kizomba & Zouk for you from 21:30 to 22:30 and then a mix of Salsa, Bachata and maybe 1 or 2 Zouk songs till 1 am.

Prague Zouk Congress
Nayan and Samantha were invited to teach and perform at the Prague Zouk Congress at one of the world’s best Zouk events with many famous instructors attending from Brazil, Europe and Australia. Nayan and Samantha will give two workshops on Thursday and Friday and for the first time perform their new show for 2012. 10 Zoukers from Oman and Dubai will join them in Prague and there will be four crazy theme parties, so you can expect plenty of funny pictures soon! Prague is also a beautiful historic city and our hotels are located right in the city center in walking distance to monuments, the river and huge parks to enjoy the mild spring weather.

Zouk Delight & CopaCabana Party
Zouk Delight is a workshop that combines Zouk dancing with laughter and team building techniques. It is a stress relieving and joyful gathering, to discover the happiness and companionship that dancing can bring to all of us.
The workshop is open to all levels. The dancing is complemented by team activities and laughing exercises to set free positive energy and a euphoric feeling. Furthermore it is a vital cardio-vescular exercise contributing to your overall well-being.

New Saturday Classes
We are discontinuing our Saturday classes at Carlton Hotel, as we will be starting Zouk classes at the new dance studio of James and Alex in #814, 8th floor, Concord Tower in Al Sufouh/Media City. This studio has two very spacious and bright dance halls with wooden floor and full mirror wall. So on 25th March & 3rd April there will be no classes as we are going to the Oman Salsa Festival and we will start the new venue on Saturday the 10th of March, 8-9 pm beginners and 9-10 pm intermediate. Cost per person will be either 45 Dhs per class or 400 Dhs for a package of 10 classes.
